Our client needs a talented customer supporter with excellent language skills to drive our subscription growth. Based out of our head office in Copenhagen, you'll be part of one of the fastest growing internet companies in Europe.

The Role

Provide stellar email support to their millions of end users and thousands of connected companies every day



  • Answer incoming queries from connected companies about their reviews
  • Solve any and all issues having to do with reviews on a daily basis
  • Ensure that the reviews on their site are in accordance with their guidelines
  • Help our end users solve any issues and answer any questions regarding their site


Your Profile

  • Online customer service experience with end-users / consumers
  • German skills - oral and written - at a level similar to a native speaker.
  • Fluent written English and good English verbal skills
  • Fluent written Italian is a plus that you should tell us about!
  • Basic understanding of e-Commerce and social media
  • Must have work permission for DK or EU


  • Ability to take full responsibility for structuring and prioritizing your time well
  • Ability to communicate politely in all possible situations
  • High energy level and the ability to smile and communicate professionally
