For our client we are now recruiting an Inside Sales Specialist for the German market, from the clients office in Copenhagen.

The job

  • You will be our customer's first employee for the german market. Therefore, your new job is as an all-round salesperson. You will cover the entire sales process from the start to the first order:
  • Telemarketing / Event booking / "Cold Canvas" - call leads that we select based on agreed criteria for German companies with between 500 and 1000 employees within a specific industry, for example IT / telecommunications, finance, energy, education, public or equivalent.
  • Customer meetings - primarily as online meetings on computer and phone where you present the product "live" and qualify sales with potential customer. We will train you to become a sales specialist, you will learn to give convincing live demos. For companies / organizations with huge potentials, you may need to travel for Face2Face meetings.
  • Customer advice, write offers and the follow up to the first order is closed, is part of the job too. You will work alone on your accounts, and you will recieve help for the sales processes from colleagues and experts.

 

Profile

You speak and write perfect German and speak English
You have a few years telephone sales experiences, and you're really good at it - you love to convince your customers on the phone. Now you see the challenge in learning something new and specialize in selling a focused product
You take initiatives to find solutions to challenges and you are willing to make changes, and a bit of a perfectionist in a good way
You are efficient over a phone and have good computer skills 
You know the IT industry - and if you even know about IT security,it's even better

 

The product

The company helps customers comply with IT security requirements, standards and "best practice". Unlike their competitors, who are the traditional consulting firms, providing the software, which means that customers gets faster in target or reduces their expenses. The product is delivered as a service, where the customer simply logs in with a browser, or with software, which is easy to install.

You get enthusiastic and you are a proud colleague who are passionate about making customers happy: 96% of the customers are very satisfied or satisfied with being a customer. Despite being the largest IT-GRC vendor in Denmark, it is still a small company where you are allowed to be involved in many decisions. At the start you will be referring to the Director, and later a Sales Manager. You will primarily work at the headquarters in Copenhagen (Lyngby) right next to Lyngby Station
Salary consists of a fixed base salary and attractive commission
