The Role

  • Facilitate our on-boarding process, providing commercial, technical and ad-hoc support to new customers in their startup phase 
  • Provide ongoing assistance to potential and new customers by phone and email to help them use our services
  • Help our new customers solve any issues that may prevent them from setting up / using our services
  • Establish and maintain a successful working relationship with Customers, Sales, Marketing and Support departments
  • Build and maintain “best practices” and self-service guides enabling customers to solve their own issues
  • Answer incoming queries from customers and colleagues
  • Your profile

High energy and level and the abilility to smile "through the phone"

  • Good listening and communication skills combined with a high level of personal responibility
  • Ability to plan and structure the work needed to secure customer succes with our services
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and social media
  • Narive in Danish, if fluent in other languages this will be a advantage so do let us know
  • Proficient in structuring and prioritizing your time
  • Ability to take full responsibility for on-boarding customers assignes to you in several markets (languages)
  • Thrive in performance oriented international environment with short sales cycles
