The process starts with applying to our CV Database either unsolicited or in connection with a vacant job. If your profile is considered a match for a customer assignment. You will be contacted by phone or directly invited for a meeting at our office in Kronprinsensgade. At the initial meeting, we will uncover your professional knowledge, job wishes and other matters that may be appropriate to get the best insight into your career aspirations.

If your profile matches, we will present you for the relevant vacant positions, where you will get an insight into the academic content, working environment, package of salary, employment conditions and other parameters that may apply to the job.

We introduce you to customers exclusively with your acceptance, and your profile will be forwarded confidentially.

PEOPLEINSYNC coordinates conversations between you and our client, and we will take responsibility to inform you about a 2nd conversation, test, and when the final candidate is chosen we will give a personal and grounded explanation for rejections to all candidates who have met the client personally. All other candidates who have been in process for the assignment will receive a rejection per. mail/telephone.
