A Try & Hire solution provides client and the candidate an opportunity to see whether there is a true match during the trial period before a possible permanent appointment can be considered.

The candidate is recruited under the same conditions as a substitute and can, after 3 months be engaged in the business.

If early in the recruiting process, the company and the temporary employee estimate that mutual expectations are met, the temporary employee can be hired, based on a calculation of the hours that the temporary worker has worked, deducted from a full recruitment fee depending on the duration of the temporary job. The substitute can also be taken over after 3 months against a fixed fee.
